London repair voucher program
To find out whether reducing costs helps to boost demand for repair services in London, a voucher scheme is being trialled for household electricals across North London from April to September 2025. This project which has been featured in The Guardian and by BBC, is funded by the North London Waste Authority and is being delivered in partnership by The Restart Project, ReLondon and fix1.today - powered by FixFirst.
How it works
Fill out the application form
Once completed, you should already get the voucher QR-code for your selected product category via email.
Visit repairer & show QR-code
Find a participating business on our map and send an online request or visit it. The repairer will then scan your voucher.
Pay discounted price on repair
If eligible and still valid, the discount will automatically be applied to your invoice, yeah! We'll ask for feedback afterwards!
